There’s almost nothing I find more relaxing than looking deeply into a campfire. I can just zone out and let my mind be at peace for a while when I stare into a campfire. When I’m not doing that, I typically end up having really deep conversations with the people I’m sharing the fire with. In this instance, this was mine and my best friend’s campfire during the camping trip where “Hazy Daisy” was taken... which if you went to that page, you know this fire wasn’t the most relaxing!

Most of the conversations my best friend and I have by the fire are about deep moral and philosophical questions. However, ever since I came to faith, those conversations have so much more grounding to me now. I have always had a sense of Christian morality, but I never really understood why. Now that I have Jesus in my heart, those conversations can go so much deeper.
